スペインで教鞭をとるアルメニア人ヴァイオリン奏者および教授。エレバン生まれ。6歳よりヴァイオリンをはじめ、13歳より叔父であるエドワード・ タデヴォシャン(レオニード・コーガン弟子、欧州内外で多くのファンを持つヴァイオリン奏者）の教えを受ける。数々の国際コンクールに優勝した後、2002年にマドリー ド移住。ソフィア王立音楽大学のザハールブロンの下、音楽活動を続ける。現在まで世界各地で多くのリサイタルや室内演奏の傍ら、様々なオーケストラのソリストとし て活躍。この経験をもとに、スペインのサンタンデール音楽祭やナゴルドなどの主要イベントでマスタークラスを開催。2010年からはソフィア王立音楽大学にてアナ・チュマチェ ンコ教授クラスの助教授となる。2013年にはカタリナ・グルスカ音楽大学教授に就任。また、2016年よりドイツ国内サマークラス、そして日本でのマスタークラスにも招聘されており、同時に、ドイツワイマールで開催『ルイス・シュポール国際ヴァイオリンコンクール』の審査員も務める。 使用楽器は、タマソ・エブルレ(1772年製 オリジナル)。
Zohrab Tadevosyan began his violin studies at the age of 6 . At the age of 13 he went on to study under the tutelage of his uncle, Professor Eduard Tadevosyan, who was a pupil of the great virtuoso violinist of the twentieth century Leonid Kogan. After achieving a distinguished career, he moved to Madrid where he was in the class of the world renewed violinist and pedagogue Professor Zakhar Bron at the Reina Sofía Music School Currently, Zohrab Tadevosyan rapidly established himself as one of the most sought after violinist and figure at the international musical-pedagogical panorama.
Mr. Tadevosyan frequently collaborates as a soloist with different orchestras and conductors, and he is regularly invited to the most important European festivals. In terms of his pedagogy aspects, since 2010 he teaches at the Reina Sofía School of Music, working together with his Musical Mentor Professor Ana Chumachenco. From 2013 he is Professor at the Katarina Gurska Music High School. From 2016 he is invited professor in several Summer Courses in Germany and also teaches in Japan.
2019 He was invited to the Jury of the International Louis Spohr violin competition in Weimar,Germany
He is currently playing an original Tomaso Eberle violin from 1772.
